Peter Rostron – Senior Partner
Peter qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London and was a partner in a firm in Westminster prior to establishing Rostron & Partners in 1975.
He has extensive experience in general practice, and provides a wide range of owner-managed companies and professional partnerships in East Anglia and London with practical advice on all aspects of their businesses. His particular strengths lie in audit and accountancy, tax planning and business start-ups and disposals.
Peter is a trustee and treasurer of a national charity, and a non-executive director of a number of companies.

Michelle Raper - Partner
Michelle started her career with Barclays Bank plc in 1986, where she held a number of senior managerial posts prior to leaving in 2002 to join Rostron & Partners. She completed her ACCA qualification in 2005 and became a partner in 2007.
In addition to acting for a number of corporate and personal clients, Michelle is also a qualified independent financial adviser, holding the Diploma in Financial Planning and the advanced qualification in pension advice. This extensive experience in the financial sector makes her the ideal person to lead our wealth management team which specialises in all aspects of financial services including investment advice and personal tax planning.

Elizabeth Claxton – Managing Partner
Elizabeth is a qualified Chartered and Certified Accountant. She joined Rostron & Partners in 1996, becoming a partner in 2001.
She works closely with many of our corporate clients and has extensive experience in business acquisitions and disposals, share valuations, succession planning and start-ups.
Elizabeth’s particular strengths include a specialist knowledge of the reporting requirements of solicitors and charities, and she leads our teams of experts who provide support and advice to these clients.
